Schedule Viewer Bottom Views
Bottom views are what is displayed below the Gantt Chart. The bottom view that is actually being displayed is controlled from the Left Menu Filter on the left hand flyout menu.
Predecessor / Successor - displays selected activity's predecessor and successor activities with relevant information about those activities and their relationships with the selected activity.
Resources - Displays any resources that have been allocated to the selected activity and the resource results attached to them. The resources bottom view also provides visibility on Resource Usage within your project. When the activity being displayed has a Resource assigned to it, the Resource will display information based upon its Work Package assignment.
Status Update - The status update bottom view allows the user to provide updates about the currently selected activity without affecting the baseline schedule. Activities can be requested to be Added or Deleted from the schedule.
After selecting save for the Status Update, the update will be saved for review under Schedule - Schedule Status Report. IT WILL NOT be submitted for approval until you select Send Schedule Status Update to the Admin from the Schedule Status Report.
