DASH-1612: Searchable Dropdown Fields Added to WBS Dictionary Page

We have added searchable dropdown fields into the WBS Dictionary.

DASH-1707: Admin > Import / Export > Added New Worksheet to the Export Primavera Schedule

We have changed the Data sheet so that there are no 0 records in the sheet. We also have added a separate worksheet called “0 Records” that has all of the records set to 0 in it. We have added 2 other worksheets called “Resource Assignments without Activities” and “Activities without Resource Assignments” to make it easier to find items that have not been assigned.

DASH-1735: Cost Class Filters are now Alphabetically Sorted

We have gone through Dash360 and sorted the Cost Class filters so that they are now alphabetical.

DASH-1749: Quick Status: Remove Hide LOE Tasks Link / Do not show LOE by default

We have changed the Quick Status report by removing the “Hide LOE Task” link. The report also now has the EVT column on by default and does not show tasks that belong to “LOE” work packages by default.

DASH-1751: Resource Code Code Files Should Show Up as Active Code Files

We now show Resource Code Code Files as Active Code Files in the Admin > Projects > Codes > Active Code Files area. We also show these Code Files in the Admin > Import / Export > Export Codes > Code File filter drop down.

DASH-1764: Budget > Budget Form: Process Options to Assign All Activities to a Resource Assignment if their Dates Overlap

In this release, we have added a new feature that is at the Resource Assignment, Budget Form and Project level that allows you to assign all activities to a Resource Assignment if the Activity Start & Finish Date and the Resource Assignment Start and Finish Date overlap. Also, the Activity and the Resource Assignment must be in the same Work Package. We also have a filter box that allows you to select the Cost Class(es) and the Resource Type(s) to run this functionality on.

DASH-1766: Admin > Import / Export > Export Resource Assignments: Remove Total Cost and Contingency fields

We had two old read-only fields in the Resource Assignment export that printed the Total Cost and Contingency total in each row of the export. The data in these fields often confused people, so we have removed them from the export.

DASH-1771: Show Formulas on CPR

We have created a registry setting called “CPR-Show-Formulas” that allow you to show / hide the formulas that are used to create each field in the CPR. These formulas are turned Off by default. Admins can go in and turn this feature on for projects where necessary.

DASH-1805: Add Filter Modal to Budget > Budget Form > Respread Resources Linearly by Activity Dates

When running the Respread Resources Linearly by Activity Dates feature, you now will see a modal that allows you to filter the Resource Assignments that you want to run this process against by Cost Class, Resource Type and Linear / Non-Linear profiles.

DASH-1810: Add Baseline Start & Finish Dates and Baseline Subtotal Columns

We have added fields to the Budget > Budget Form > Schedule area where you can now see the Baseline Start Date, Baseline Finish Date and Baseline Subtotal column. We also changed the Schedule Viewer so you can now choose to load either the Current Schedule (Forecast) or Baseline Schedule. This allows you to see the Gantt chart and Resource Pane using either set of dates. This new filter is in the left-hand menu flyout.

DASH-1835: CAM Resource Codes Import Capability

If you are using CAM Resource Codes in your project, you can now add, update and delete those relationships using the Resources or User Security import / export. We also added the Resource Code Description to the Admin > Users > Assign Resource Codes modal to make it easier to know which Resource Code you are selecting.

Bug Fixes

DASH-1633: Work Package Report Not Handling Empty Months Correctly

If you had a Resource Assignment with no data for a particular month (empty, not 0), then the Work Package Report would accidentally shift the data incorrectly to the left and into the wrong month. This only happened in some rare cases where a month had no value in Dash360. This has been corrected in this release.

DASH-1715: Quick Status Create New User View Error

There was an error that would sometimes appear if you tried to create a user view on the Quick Status page. This has been fixed in this release.

DASH-1827: Fixed Issue with CAM Resource Codes Data Storage

There was an issue where CAM Resource Codes could be duplicated in the database. We have fixed that in this release.

DASH-1995: Fixed Error in Admin > Resources Area

We fixed a bug in the Admin > Resources area that sometimes could show up if you had Resource Result Codes that we not properly set up. This has been fixed in this release.

DASH-2041: Budget > Budget Form > Schedule: Submenu Hidden in Some Cases

We fixed a bug in this release where the Schedule > Process Submenu items were sometimes hidden if you only had 1 or 2 Activities on a Work Package. We have fixed this issue in this release.

DASH-2045: Cost Class Curves Issue When Selecting Certain Filters in a Specific Order

When using the Cost Class Curves report, you could sometimes get the data to not show the correct values based on the filters you had selected. We have corrected that issue in this release.

Tech Debt

DASH-2002: Automatic Dash360 Error Emails

We have improved the Dash360 email notification system. Now, if you receive a Javascript error in Dash360, our team is automatically notified. This is only for errors that appear with a red box that used to have the Notify Dash360 Team button.

DASH-1913: Replace Hangfire Jobs with AWS EventBridge

We have removed a backend processor that runs on each customer web server nightly that runs automated jobs to do database maintenance, run the Tableau Refresh process and do Automated Backup Projects into Excel files. These processes are now run off of other AWS servers.

DASH-1977: Created RptWBSLevels Cache Table

We are building flattened reporting tables in Dash360 to try to help eventually improve report performance. These new tables are automatically updated any time you change WBS or WBS Levels data in Dash360. These tables are not used today, but will be in the near future.
