New Features
DS-529: Quick Status: Ability to Customize Rules and other settings
Introduced customizable rules and settings for the Quick Status report. Users can now configure various parameters to tailor the Quick Status display to their specific project requirements and workflows.
DS-539: Admin > Import / Export > Import / Export Users
Added comprehensive user import and export functionality in the Admin section. Administrators can now bulk import users or export user data for external processing, streamlining user management across projects.
DS-604: Create CPR Format 1 Excel Export
Implemented Excel export capability for CPR Format 1 reports. Users can now export Contract Performance Report data in the standard Format 1 layout directly to Excel for further analysis and distribution.
DS-605: Create CPR Format 2 Excel Export
Added Excel export functionality for CPR Format 2 reports. This enhancement allows users to export Contract Performance Report data in Format 2 layout to Excel for comprehensive reporting needs.

DS-648: Convert Users page to DevExpress Datagrid
Updated the Users page to utilize DevExpress Datagrid technology. This upgrade provides administrators with improved user management capabilities, including better search, filter, and sorting functionality.
Bug Fixes
DS-737: Codes that Excel Thinks are Numbers Now Treated Correctly
For awhile now, codes like 1.1 or 2.2 are seen by Excel as a floating point number. This data when read by Dash360 would sometimes import that code as 1.00000001 or 2.00000002 instead of the actual value. The issue was with how Excel stores these numbers in it's XML format. We have figured out a way to get around this issue so these errors should no longer occur.
DS-723: Changing order in WBS Tree Sometimes Corrupts the WBS Code file
Resolved an issue where reordering items in the WBS Tree could corrupt the WBS Code file in certain rare cases. Fixed a number of WBS Tree bugs. The WBS structure now maintains integrity during reordering operations.
DS-885: Deleting a Cost Class from a Project deletes it from the entire Dash360 System (not just that project)
Fixed a critical issue where deleting a Cost Class from a single project incorrectly removed it from all projects in the system. Cost Class deletion now only affects the specific project as intended.
DS-653: Export Resource Assignment > Project Filter "All" throws error
Fixed an error that occurred when selecting "All" in the Project Filter for Resource Assignment exports. The export process now handles the "All" selection correctly.
DS-655: RAM Report Broken for Some Customers
Resolved issues preventing the RAM (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) Report from functioning properly. The report now generates correctly with all expected data.
DS-656: Quick Status System View Bug on Quick Status - Filters
Fixed filter-related issues in the Quick Status System View for some customers. Filters now work correctly and maintain their selections as expected.
DS-696: Cost Summary Report is Missing Some Columns
Corrected missing data values in the Cost Summary Report. All expected cost data now displays properly in the report.
DS-714: CAM Display Name Issue on Cost Summary and Cost Summary Resource Report
Fixed CAM display name issues in both Cost Summary and Cost Summary Resource reports. CAM names now display correctly across all relevant reports.
DS-716: EV Curves - WP Showing up 2-3x If WP has been Renamed Across Multiple Reporting Periods
Resolved Work Package name display issues in Earned Value Curves where customers have change Work Package Names over different Reporting Periods. Work Package names now appear correctly in all curve displays based on the Reporting Period selected.
DS-720: Bug running Calculate EV on Earned As Spent WPs that used to be LOE and have a 0 EV
Fixed calculation errors when running Earned Value calculations for work packages that had switched EVT types multiple times, landed on the EAS EVT type and had a 0 value. When this occurred, the system would calculate the wrong EV. The Calculate EV process now completes successfully without errors.
DS-762: Display Issue with Form1030 report
Corrected display issues in the Form1030 report where BOE and Cost Basis columns appeared on load even when not initially required. These columns now display only when specifically enabled.
DS-775: Can't assign existing work package
Fixed an issue preventing the assignment of existing work packages. Users can now properly assign existing work packages to activities and resources.
DS-800: WP Report: Contingency % is Wrong
Corrected contingency percentage calculations in the Work Package Report. Contingency percentages now calculate and display accurately.
DS-802: Unable to Modify Rates Sets on Inactive Rate Files
When a rate file was inactive and you clicked the Modify Rate Sets link, you would get an error. This has now been corrected.
DS-803: Error while viewing Cost Summary/ Cost Summary Resource report as a CAM
Fixed errors that occurred when CAM users attempted to view Cost Summary and Cost Summary Resource reports. These reports now load correctly for CAM users.
DS-833: Fixing issues when Restoring Projects on a brand new system
Resolved various issues that occurred when restoring projects on a fresh install of Dash360 with no projects.
DS-903: WBS / CAM Summary Report fails if Stacked FTE / Subtotal is Setup and no Resource Code Codes are Assigned
Resolved an error in the WBS/CAM Summary Report that occurred when Stacked FTE/Subtotal was configured but no Resource Code Codes had been assigned yet. The report now handles this scenario gracefully by hiding the relevant sections.
