DAS-1790: Improve Performance of Budget Form
Fixed a performance issue where the Budget Form and Schedule were loading all timephase records instead of only the necessary subset. For projects with 500K+ timephase records, this was causing load times of 5-12 seconds per work package. The Budget Form now loads significantly faster by only retrieving the required timephase data.
DAS-1801: Basis Code Quality Check Report Showing Incorrect Data
Fixed the Basis Code Quality Check Report to display the correct basis code information. The report was previously showing data from the wrong field.
DAS-1826: RA Notebook columns now correctly reflect linked status in reports
Fixed an issue where Resource Assignment Notebook columns appeared in Customer Summary Resource reports based on the presence of data instead of whether the notebook was actively linked to the project. Notebook columns now display only when linked, while previously saved data is preserved if notebooks are unlinked and later re-linked.
