Data Templates

For each import file, a data template can be downloaded by going to Admin - Import / Export. Select your data type, and download the data template from the link provided.

An excel spreadsheet will be downloaded with a Data sheet that provides a sample layout. Template will contain ID and Delete columns, these are used to update data in the Dash system using the import/export feature.

*Note: When importing a file with multiple sheets, Dash360's importing system will look for the sheet titled "Data" as the sheet to map to the database.

It is recommended to copy and paste the data to import into the data template and then import that file. This allows Dash360 to automatically map the column names to the database. (You will be able to verify this mapping before importing, as seen below)
